Founded in 2020

Our first development project was the “Resort City International,” a mega resort destination with all the dreams of a modern resort lover, suitable for company retreats, conferences, lovers’ getaways, family holidays, and vacation retreats. The project includes a mini airport, residential housing, condominiums, commercial shopping, apartments, schools, hospitals, hotels, and office space.

It is conceptually the tourist heaven, the ultimate Mecca for global tourists, the first of its kind in Africa with the best facilities, one-of-a-kind entertainment, and amenities that meet and exceed international resort standards worldwide. A unique vacation and holiday getaway that is distinctive, fun, enjoyable, and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Resort City provides safe, quality living in a fun-entertaining environment, surrounded by world-class grand luxury amenities that are second to none in the world. This project is currently ongoing.

Our other mega development project is constructing and developing a water desalination plant using dual renewable power sources to process and produce freshwater from processed seawater.

Water is one of the earth’s most abundant resources, covering about three-quarters of the planet’s surface. Yet, there is an acute shortage of fresh potable drinking water in many countries, especially Africa and the Middle East region. Furthermore, 97.5% of the earth’s water is saltwater in the oceans, and only 2.5% is fresh water in groundwater, lakes, and rivers, which supplies most human, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and animal needs. The challenges of inadequate water and scarcity in developing countries can be resolved using better human and economic policies, including creating more economical ways such as desalinating seawater to provide fresh drinkable water for people, commerce, and industries.  The desalination of brackish water and seawater proves to be a reliable source of fresh water and contributes to tackling the world’s water shortage problems.

Most desalination systems use a renewable energy source using one or a combination of the three categories of energy source: wind, solar [photovoltaics (P.V.’s) or solar collectors], and those that use geothermal energy. A novel construction and development design involving a system using dual power of solar and wind acting as a brine heater for the desalination purposes

As developed, the desalination plant will be running efficiently to ensure safe treatment & production of Clean Drinking Water. As designed, the system contains a volute pumping unit with nanofiltration, flash evaporation unit, and end condenser for condensation and freshwater production.
