Strengths
Strengths. Our SWOT analysis model reveals that our operation strategy has successfully capitalized on our business strengths. We have promoted the “strong, resilient” brand and improved the company’s global supply chain. As a result, the company has one of the strongest brands globally since its operations cover many industries and international markets. In addition, our independent financial capacity is a strength that supports and sustains our operations during acquisitions and global expansion. It has also enabled the business to maintain its growth direction toward further outsourcing manufactured products and services while developing new and better operations worldwide.
Weaknesses
Weaknesses. Our imperfections negatively impact and reduce the business potential for expansion and growth. For example, our company has experienced declining financial performance in recent years, which analysts associate with market competition and the Corona Virus Covid-19 Pandemic that occurred at the inflection point of significant funding by foreign investors. Also, prominent among the weaknesses is the company’s corporate culture criticized for inadequate support for workforce flexibility, which is necessary to keep the business competitive and open during the Pandemic when businesses are slow or shut down worldwide.
Opportunities
Opportunities. We have the chance to improve its financial performance and position or standing in the global markets through further and aggressive expansion in developing new markets, such as Africa, Middle East China, India, Australia, Canada, and South America. We are taking the opportunity to expand using acquisitions to enter new markets and global industries and establish new operations that can complement our company’s existing processes, products, and subsidiaries. Our strategic objective for further future acquisitions is to enhance our existing products and services, including associated production operations, and not necessarily widen the company’s level of business diversification.
Threats
Threats. In this SWOT analysis, competition and limited financial capital resources are the main threats to our business. Currently, the company’s operations are private with no public funds. As a result, the company suffers from the aggressive approaches of other older public-funded companies and firms with long-time business experience and solid financial backings through public offerings. Also, in some areas, we continue to experience the forces of more competitors as new companies are entering some areas of our operations, bringing advanced new computing technology available in the market. These firms can directly compete against our company by providing their products online and physically on the ground in our market areas using advanced technology at their disposal.
