By acquiring and developing quality profitable, suburban, and urban commercial residential or multi-family subdivision development, including condominium, office, industrial, and retail properties, the company adheres to strict standards for home construction and follows code and ordinances requirements.

With over 40 years of construction and economic development experience, Black Crystal Development’s founder has the expertise, capacity, and resources necessary to ride and survive the waves of economic instability cycles in the real estate market. As a developer, our Owner/C.E.O. Dr. Jimmy Etti-Williams has the intuition, foresight, devotion, respect, in-depth, dignity, and endurance to recognize market opportunities and use them to create value.

The company has chosen to concentrate its efforts in suburban and urban areas where low to high concentrations of migrations are taking place. Young educated, talented people in engineering, technology, multimedia, mass communication, entertainment, chemical engineering, and biotechnology are moving into these areas with above-average income. Furthermore, these areas have also proven to rebound more quickly from economic downturns because of the entrepreneurial spirit of the people.
